We can't do phone calls at the moment either as we simply don't have the time unfortunately at the moment. For the same reason we are also unable to offer any graphic design or artworking services due to limited resources. We hope to be able to offer this again in the New Year.
All orders for printed transfers require artwork to be submitted in accordance with our Artwork Requirements. Please click to visit this page and check your artwork is print-ready before uploading and ordering to save time when we're processing orders.
Due to an overwhelming surge in emails containing artwork for approval, we've now added a new Artwork Checking Service. This enables us to assign some time in the day to check that files are ready for uploading before placing an order. This helps keep the process streamlined and optimised while we continue to churn through orders.
As we're unable to provide Graphic Design Services currently, we request that all customers find alternative ways of getting the artwork ready for submission. If you don't know anyone that could help, you could try AI if you're tech savvy, or even hire a low cost graphic designer on a freelancer site.
We can recommend Fiverr for finding freelancers and have used them ourselves in the past. This link is our personal referral code which gives you 10% off your first order if you decide to use them :) (we also get a 10% credit as well).
We won't be able to check artwork submitted via this contact form so please only upload files that might be relevant to your question.
